I bought this couch just about a year ago at $500. It has been lightly used, no rips or stains. It comes from a smoke free home, with one non shedding dog. In addition to that the cushions covers zip off for an easy wash and dry. This is easily the best couch I have owned. Sadly, I need to get sell it asap!
