New 10×12 Deck and 10×12 Shed sale / trade $700
We just built a brand new shed and deck , but now are relocating to diffrent area. If you are interested in saving a lot of money on a shed or deck then this is a great chance.

10×12 Treated pine , 10ft out and 12ft down side of house , Has nice railing all the way around. will post pictures soon. Asking $700.00 for the deck. We paid nearly 1200 for all the material. Its about 4 months old.

10×12 This is a custom shed not a store kit. Walls are all fully framed like a house would be , truss roof system , treated frame on ground , 3/4 inch osb roof not cheap 1/2 , 3/4 inch floor , 3/4 inch T11 treated siding , 30yr shingles , Sheds painted light creme color and then trimmed fully in nice natural red cedar. We have well over $3000.00 in materials alone and then labor cost to have it built.
Sacrifice this at $2000.00 firm…. This is a $5000 shed for $2000

Project cars like mustang , camaro , crotch rocket or road bike , pair of snowmobiles , or feel free to offer anything but hunting and guns ect. no interest in those.
