92,000 BTU HIGH EFFICIENCY FURNACE! USED ONLY 5 MONTHS/MAKE OFFER! (MANISTEE)
This AIRE-FLO furnace is almost new, only being used for 5 months. It is set up for gas. I had propane but it could be converted to electric. It heated a 1,700 square ft home. I was buying a house on land contract from these siblings who couldn’t agree on whether or not to sell the house. After getting the run around, I decided to remove what I put in the house and look elsewhere. The house I ended up buying was move-in ready so I have a lot of stuff to sell. I also have custom kitchen cabinets that I paid $7,200 for, A 50 gallon American Water Heater proline water heater, an Aire-Flo central air unit that was hooked up and never even used once, a front and back porch that I had built, 50+ boxes of ceramic tile, 8 solid wood interior doors, 2 sets of bathroom vanities, with mirrored medicine cabinets, I have a stainless steel dishwasher, and some lighting fixtures and a ceiling fan.
