Piano desk or spinet desk (Traverse City) $425
This piano desk or spinet desk (note the piano le design) is all original but needs a bit of restoration on the top. I have had it about 20 years and my children were not as careful or kind to it as I was so there is a large white (water) mark on the top as well as some scratches. I contemplated getting it restored but know some purists love these things as they are. The construction is top quality, tongue and groove joints and the primary wood is mahogany. The close to matching chair I will just throw in. There is one missing knob on the pull out desk top and two cracks going across the writing surface. The cubbies and cubby drawer are real neat features. I have more pictures if you want. I paid quite a bit for this but the condition of the top drops the price significantly.
